Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 November 2026

Welcome to Confam. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Confam ("Confam", "we", "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of the website at confammade.com, the Confam mobile and web apps and all related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional rules we publish for specific features. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Confam

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
  • You must be able to form a binding contract and not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law.
  • You must not use the Service if we have previously suspended or removed your account, unless we have given you permission.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. Do not impersonate any person or organisation.
  • Keep your password secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Tell us straight away through our Contact Us page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • One person may hold one personal account. Accounts created by bots or automated means are not allowed.

3. Your content

You own the photos, videos, text and other material you post ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content you give Confam a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to host, store, copy, display, adapt (for example, resize or compress) and distribute Your Content, only for the purpose of operating, improving and promoting the Service. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except where it has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or where we must keep it for legal reasons.

You confirm that you have all the rights needed to post Your Content and that it does not break these Terms or the law. You are solely responsible for Your Content.

4. What you must not do

You must not use the Service to post, share or do anything that:

  • sells, buys or transfers accounts, Pages or Groups.

5. Reporting, moderation and enforcement

You can report any post, comment, message, profile, Page or Group using the report option on the Service, or through our Support Center. We review reports and may, at our discretion and without notice, remove or restrict content, limit features, or suspend or permanently remove accounts that break these Terms or the law, or that put Confam or our users at risk. Where the law requires, we will report content or activity to law enforcement or other authorities.

If we take action against your content or account and you believe we made a mistake, you can ask us to review the decision by contacting us through the Support Center. We will look at your request and let you know the outcome.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Confam name, logo, design, software and all content we provide (other than Your Content and content posted by other users), belongs to Confam or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

If you believe content on Confam infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us through our Contact Us page with details of the work, the content concerned and your contact information, and we will investigate.

7. Paid features

Some features may require payment, such as subscriptions, boosted posts or wallet credits. Prices and terms will be shown before you pay. Except where the law gives you a right to a refund, payments are non-refundable. We may change the price of paid features with reasonable notice.

8. Third-party links and services

The Service may contain links to, or features provided by, third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Changes and availability

We are always improving Confam and may add, change or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, and we may suspend it for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop providing the Service. Sections 3 (licence for shared content), 6, 11, 12 and 14 continue to apply after your account ends.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Content posted by users is the responsibility of the person who posted it and does not reflect the views of Confam. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about the Service, its content or its availability.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to this, we are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or GBP 100. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

13. Indemnity

If you use the Service for business purposes, you agree to compensate Confam for any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, but if you are a consumer living in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another country, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts and you keep any protection given by the mandatory laws of your country. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will let you know through the Service or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
